Kirsty's short film 'Hogmanay' starring Peter Mullan, Siobhan Redmond, Laura Harvey and Ann Louise Ross, had its first television broadcast on STV just after midnight on New Year's Eve/Day.​
2025 Official Film Festival Selections included This is England, Rouen, International Film Festival Glasgow, where it was nominated in the Female Perspectives Prize; Partick Film Festival and HB Film Festival where it won Best Scottish Film. It was also on the final shortlist on the Bay International Film Festival.
Her next film Last Call which won the Emerging Film Voices Foundation UK Prize 2024, is about to start its Festival run and has a special Directors UK Screening this month.
